DDeath, I hate to go to the doctors for routine checkups, because, I always get bad news. In 2009 I was walking 5 miles at a fast pace and my weight was under control and the doctor said I had AFIB, and I went into a downward spiral because I figured what the hell is the se. This time I didn't really get a diagnosis so I will see in about a week.

Dazed, us men do not like going to doctors. But in more than one instance, postponement of seeing a doctor has resulted in detrimental effects for me. I’ve decided to have six month checkups instead of yearly. At our age it is critical to start treatments as early as possible, as the older we get, the harder it gets to recover.
