Most of my friends and relatives who are Trump supporters, no longer defend him...……. I guess because of the mountain of lies, his continued support of Putin over our intel agencies, and his being an egotistical moron! Otherwise, I get along with most of them. There are a few that we mutually don't talk about politics with. I have never called any of them crazy or stupid because of their views, nor have they called me crazy or stupid.

Trump has made some odd statements, but I really do believe there is a Marxist' deep state behind the scenes, and coming out more everyday. I've always been on the conservative side, and meeting Walter Williams over 30 years ago pretty much confirmed that a number of people agree with Williams and conservatives.

I graduated from high school at age 16 in June of '59, then turned 17 in August. There were some advantages to attending rural elementary and secondary schools. You know the rest from my past.

Speaking of intel agencies, research John Brennan, Obama's appointee to the CIA. I still don't understand how this appointment passed, other than the Deep State argument. I don't find Trump's current actions out of the realm, given the medias twist on reporting. The statement about our own intel agencies reporting was misspoken by Trump, and it was a painful mistake.

Tex, you know I don't believe in those conspiracy theories like the fake moon landing, JFK conspiracy that Ted Cruz's father was in on, or GW was behind 9/11. There is no "deep state", although I don't doubt that most in our intel agencies dislike Trump. After all, even his appointees, Tillerson and Kelly called him a moron and an idiot. I think his worst mistake has been his attack on our intel agencies...… they will get him in the end!
